"This product is excellent at its price-point. Good quality, nice material, and it is definitely going to do a good job of protecting what it needs to protect. The protector padding around the belt line is only slightly, but noticeably thinner, than my old groin protector from another brand – but that isn't really anything to complain about. This product is worth the money."
"I accidentally placed an order for this shipping protection along with a groin protector. Realizing the mistake immediately, I contacted customer support to cancel the order while the tracking status was still strictly "Label Created. " Instead of simply voiding the label and issuing a refund, customer service ignored my timely cancellation request and forced the shipment through anyway. To make matters worse, I was charged a massive shipping fee, and now the package has been stuck in customs clearance for almost a month. As someone who has spent over a decade in the ring and regularly orders equipment from premium international boxing brands, I expect a basic level of responsive customer support. The irony of asking me to rate "Shipping Protection" when the merchant refused to stop an accidental order and left it stranded in transit for 30 days is beyond disappointing. I am still waiting for the package to arrive so I can finally return it for the full refund I was promised."

"I would love to write a glowing review about my jiu jitsu pants , but I never got them . I placed an order for white A4 pants . You shipped a pair of A1 . I requested a return via the chat which only sent out standard prompts . I finally got a return label and I returned the pants …. and hane yet to hear anything about when the correct pants will be here . . I emailed the company about the return and have had zero response from it either . I really wanted to use a company other than Amazon , but after a month I fell like I could have gotten 3 pairs shipped to me ."

"I have tried multiple times to contact entity by email with no success. My purchase was three sizes too small even though I went by your measurement scale and I need to return for a bigger size."
