SHIPPING
Our goal is to get what you ordered in your hands, in a timely and orderly fashion. Most orders are shipped within two business days and delivered within a week. Orders that will require a longer wait time will be marked with an estimated delivery time. We ship for free (if the order is $75 and up) within the United States, international orders do require a shipping fee. *All shipping estimates are only estimates, and do not include the two business days we take to transfer the package to the shipping company.
RETURNS
Returns and exchanges are super easy! Start a return from here. If you are unsatisfied with your order or have changed your mind, we've got you covered. Orders can be returned for a full refund within 30 days and exchanges are entirely free. We will deduct a restocking fee for items that have been used or are missing original packing.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, AMEX, and Discover), we also accept PayPal. We use procedural and technical safeguards, including firewalls, encryption, and Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to help protect your personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access and disclosure by users inside and outside the company. All payments are processed through Shopify, so you can rest assured. Shopify is is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
