Poor Customer Service

"This company has put the incorrect shipping address on my order TWICE. Each time the package was returned to the warehouse. They are completely unreliable and will not take accountability for their mistakes. To this very day, they have the package that I have already paid for, refused to issue us a refund AND has not reissued our belts in the mail. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Save yourself the time and DO NOT ORDER from this company."

Smaller size than expected, Poor quality

"Ordered size 5 brown belt, but was about 3 inches shorter than my lower colored belt, also size 5. Thinner material as well. The dark brown color was so dark I initially thought they sent they wrong color belt as it looked black. Had to wash it twice with bleach for it to lighten to a normal brown hue."
