FEATURES :

🔷【INFO】: A martial artist feels better cooled when using a heavier karate gi, as heavier suits will be more rigid. This rigidity increases ventilation within the suit. The most experienced practitioners prefer them due to their durability and the ability of the thicker fabric to wick away perspiration. Reinforced stitching is to compensate for the stresses put on the gi and to withstand large amounts of wear and tear.

🔷【PREMIUM QUALITY】: Our super heavyweight karate uniform is made of 14oz (0.4kg) 100% soft cotton canvas for skin friendly & peachy feel inside. And also for less wrinkle and minimum shrinkage. They improve with wear and washing too, so the older your heavyweight karate uniform gets, the more comfortable it becomes.

Sizing is way off on the website.

"Material is good, and seems to be well put together. The problem is the sizing is way off. Ordered an 8 and it was 3 sizes too big. I was able to put it over top of another gi. Tried to return it but because I’m in Canada I’m on the hook for shipping again. Get a few sizes down and don’t order internationally."

The black one faded so bad

"But I have to give credit to the white one. It’s good strong, but the black one faded in less than a month like on the third wash they got really bad. I did order a white one a blue one and a red one. I usually use the other color, I have the black one for an emergency only when the other ones are dirty. One start on the black one and five stars on the white one."

Trying the heavy weight vs the light weight Gis

"The black materials attracted lints and dusts everywhere. The size 7 was much bigger that the lightweight Gis and did not fit. I am going to try it in the winter and wash it a few times and post a review again. I am not as impressed as I was with the lightweight uniforms."
